Susanoo is a major deity in Shinto mythology, known as the god of storms and the sea. He is the brother of Amaterasu, the goddess of the sun, and Tsukuyomi, the god of the moon.

Renowned for his impulsive and destructive nature, Susanoo is often associated with chaotic events and rebellion against the heavens. However, he is also revered for his heroic deeds, particularly when he defeated the giant serpent Yamata no Orochi and saved Princess Kushinada. His complex character embodies both destruction and protection.
